I really enjoyed how close the hotel is to beautiful parks like Hatfield Forest Nature Reserve, which is just a 30-minute walk away, and how easy it was to stroll to the nearby Mountfitchet Castle and Norman Village, giving me a relaxing weekend of exploration. while the bed was comfortable and the hotel had a modern feel, I think there should be better signage to reach the hotel from the bus stop.

I loved the spacious room and the super comfy bed—definitely felt like a treat! The shower pressure was excellent, making for a refreshing experience before my early flight. I can't forget the freshly baked chocolate croissants at breakfast, they were a delightful surprise!

The room felt dusty, with hairs left in the bathroom!!! The pull-out bed was uncomfortable, making for a restless night!!! For the price, I expected better overall cleanliness and comfort!!!

Comfortable room but very cold with broken air-conditioning during my stay.

We loved the breakfast spread and our room was cozy with a nice bath tub to relax in after a long day. There were a couple of comfy lounges to unwind, but we missed having a pool or gym to enjoy. Just a heads up, we didn’t get the early wake-up call we requested, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

Had a great time with my friends here. You can walk to the airport in 5 minutes, and the breakfast was fantastic. We also checked out Bishop's Ash Valley Golf Club, which was fun. Just a heads up, the breakfast is open until 11 am on weekends. Definitely recommend it!
